Ixmyelocel-T, mesenchymal stem cells and myocytes for critical limb ischemia

Ixmyelocel-T is a mixture of CD90+ mesenchymal stem cells and myocytes, specifically expanded, by an automated cell-processing system, from autologous bone marrow. Other cell types from the bone marrow are partially depleted. Ixmyelocel-T treatment is safe and improves time to treatment failure in critical limb ischemia patients.
