Cultivated corneal epithelial stem cells for treatment of ocular surface damage

The aim of this study is to test if transplantation of corneal limbal epithelial cells, cultivated on human amniotic membranes, can cure corneal limbal stem-cell deficiency, Stevens-Johnson Syndrome and ocular surface damage.
