AMDC, autologous muscle-derived cells for ischemic heart failure

Autologous muscle-derived cells (AMDCs) are adult skeletal muscle-derived primary cells used to treat ischemic heart failure. AMDCs are derived from each patient's skeletal muscle biopsy and expanded prior to injection back to the patient's body.
