Bone marrow-derived stem cells for treatment of chronic ischemic heart failure

The aim of this study is to determine whether intra-coronary infusion of autologous bone marrow-derived stem cells (BM-SCs) can improve regional myocardial perfusion, resulting in improved systolic and diastolic left ventricular function in patients with severe ischemic heart failure.
