Human cardiac-derived stem cell for the treatment of congestive heart failure

The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the transplantation of autologous human cardiac-derived stem cells (CSC) for treatment of congestive heart failure. These CSCs are generated from human heart tissue and undergo accelerating proliferation in the presence of basic fibroblast growth factor. .
