Peripheral mononuclear cells CD34+ stem cells for treatment of myocardial ischemia

The study aims to assess the efficacy and safety of intramyocardial implantation of peripheral mononuclear cells CD34+ stem cells in patients with myocardial ischemia, after preparatory course of shock - wave therapy. The study will compare the effect of shock wave therapy with or without the addition of stem cell therapy.
