MyoD-transduced multipotent adipose-derived stem cells (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique)

The cells were isolated from fat pads of the pubic and prepubic regions of a 4-month-old male donor. hMADS cells were transduced with the recombinant HIV PGK-MyoD lentiviral vector, encoding mouse MyoD, at 10 and 30 multiplicity of infections (MOI).


Isolated cellular clones were obtained by low-density plating (i.e., 500 cells in culture dishes of 100 mm diameter).
