Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells and monocytes (Ixmyelocel-T) (Aastrom)

Ixmyelocel-T are adult bone marrow-derived mononuclear mesenchymal stem cells and monocytes. Ixmyelocel-T is composed of a mixture of cells, specifically myeloid cells (macrophages, granulocytes, monocytes, and mixed myeloid progenitors), lymphoid cells (T cells, B cells, and a mixture of lymphoid precursors) and MSC/stromal cells.
