Angiogenic cell precursors (Hemostemix)

Low density cells (Synergetic Cell Population) are isolated from the blood using density gradients. They are cultured at a density of 1.5–3.0x10⁶ cells/ml in endothelial basal medium (EBM) or in “Medium I” composed of X-Vivo 15 serum-free medium supplemented with autologous human serum (10%), VEGF (1–10 ng/ml) and heparin (5 IU/ml).
