Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrated Nucleated Cells (BMAC) (Harvest Technologies)

In less than 15 minutes, 60 mL of bone marrow aspirate provides 10 mL of concentrated stem cells. The SmartPReP BMAC system is designed to concentrate a buffy coat from whole bone marrow aspirate. Because a buffy coat is a physiological fraction, it contains the total compliment of all stem cell types as well as platelets and other soluble factors. This automated system gives high recovery rates and good reproducibility.
