Bone marrow-derived mononuclear cells (Indiana University)

Mononuclear cells were derived from the bone marrow.


Bone marrow (360-370 ml) was aspirated and mononuclear cells were isolated by the Ficoll density centrifugation technique or using the MarrowStim™ centrifuge system.
