Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (Lonza)

Mesenchymal stem cells are derived from normal human bone marrow. Cells are tested for purity by flow cytometry and for their ability to differentiate into osteogenic, chondrogenic and adipogenic lineages. Cells are characterized by positive expression of CD105, CD166, CD29, and CD44 and negative for CD14, CD34 and CD45.
