This induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line was generated by retroviral transduction of OCT3/4, KLF4 and SOX2 genes into human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs). Normal karyotype 46XX.


Cells are cultured in embryonic stem cell medium on SNL feeder cells (a mouse fibroblast STO cell line transformed with neomycin resistance and murine LIF genes).
