Transduced fibroblasts were cultured in DMEM supplemented with Medium 199 (20%) containing Earl's salts, FCS (10%), Glutamax (2 mM), and β-mercaptoethanol (50 μM). After 5 days, iPS colonies were picked and transferred to matrigel-coated plates and cultured in mTeSR medium.
