MA01 (European Human Embryonic Stem Cell Registry)

This cell line was derived from single blastomeres derived from human embryos. Cells express pluripotency markers and have a normal karyotype of 46,XX. When cells were induced to form embryoid bodies, they differentiated into cells of all three germ layers.
