Regea 06/040 (European Human Embryonic Stem Cell Registry)

This human embryonic stem cell line was derived from the isolated inner cell mass of human blastocysts. These cells are positive for pluripotent markers. Karyotype: 46,XX


Cell are cultured on a human foreskin fibroblast (hFF) layer, in  knockout-DMEM basal medium supplemented with  knockout serum replacement (20%), Glutamax (2 mM), b-mercaptoethanol (0.1 mM),  MEM non-essential amino acids (0.1 mM),  penicillin-streptomycin (1%) and  recombinant human bFGF (8 ng/ml).
