Generation of dopaminergic neurons from deciduous teeth stem cells
This protocol describes a method for generation of dopaminergic-like neurons from stem cells derived from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED). In the first step, SHED cells are differentiated into neuronal spheres that express early neuronal markers. In the second step, the neuronal spheres are differentiated into dopaminergic-like tyrosine hydroxylase-expressing cells.
