Isolation of vascular cells from embryoid bodies (EBs) at different stages

This protocol describes two separate pathways for derivation of endothelial and smooth muscle cells from human embryonic stem cells through the formation of EBs. Progenitor cells were isolated via MACS and FACS techniques.
