Cardiomyocyte generation and purification using SIRPA (CD172a) as a specific marker

Human embryonic stem cells and human induced pluripotent stem cells are differentiated into cardiomyocytes. SIRPA (CD172a) is a novel marker used to identify and isolate cardiomyocytes. This protocol offers an adaptable technology for generation of large numbers of enriched cardiomyocytes for therapeutic applications.
