Derivation of cardiomyocytes from stem cells using xeno-free medium and KY02111 WNT inhibitor

A 3 steps protocol for the differentiation of cardiac cells from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs), using the WNT inhibitor small molecule KY02111 in a xeno-free defined medium without additional recombinant cytokines or hormones. More than 90% of the differentiated cells express the cardiac-specific marker cTnT.
