Schwann cells differentiation from rat adipose-derived spheroids

In this differentiation protocol, adipose-derived spheroid cells are differentiated into Schwann-like cells. The differentiated cells express Schwann cell markers, and neurotrophic factors. The differentiated cells were transplanted into the spinal cords of a contusion-injured spinal cord injury rat model.
