Microarray analysis of blood samples from breast cancer patients

Peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) samples were collected from 57 women diagnosed with breast cancer, based on an initial suspicious mammogram and then a breast biopsy. Control samples were taken from 31 women with normal initial mammograms.
