Microarray gene expression profiling of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV1) brain.

This microarray experiment compared striatum tissues from HIV-infected samples (without any neurological symptoms, n=6) with the control samples (n=6).

Other brain regaions were also tested in this experiment but were not included in LifeMap analysis.
