Microarray analysis of arterial wall tissues from ischemic heart disease patients

Microarray gene expression profiling of ischemic heart disease. Tissue samples of atherosclerotic arterial wall, healthy non-atherosclerotic arterial wall (isolated from the internal thoracic artery), liver, skeletal muscle and visceral fat obtained from ischemic heart disease patients during coronary artery bypass surgery. Only arterial wall samples were included in LifeMap analysis.
