Large Scale Dataset: Gudmap

Gudmap is a molecular atlas of gene expression for the developing organs of the genitourinary (GU) tract. High throughput in situ hybridization (ISH) analyses were used to define the expression pattern of genes expressed in the developing kidney and GU tract, from Theiler stage 17 to newborn. In the LifeMap database, only genes with non-homogenous staining patterns and medium to high staining intensity are presented.
