ADRCs, adipose-derived regenerative cells to reconstruct breast deformities after lumpectomy

ADRCs are autologous adipose-derived stem and regenerative cells isolated and concentrated by Cytori Therapeutics' Celution® System to reduce variability and increase quality of the recovered cells. The cells are used as supplementation of fat in cosmetic surgery of breast deformity, resulting from cancer. Treated patients demonstrated safety and efficacy by improvement in breast contour. Single-treatment breast augmentation using ADRC-enriched fat grafts was found to be safe, effective, and predictable, demonstrating breast measurement stability over time.
