Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for Crohn's disease
The aim of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of transplantation of allogeneic non-myeloablative hematopoietic stem cells in patients with high-risk Crohn's disease. Peripheral blood stem cells are collected and the stem cells are enriched ex vivo by CD34+ selection, and reinfused after immune-suppressive conditioning.
