Bone marrow-derived mononuclear cells for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

The purpose of this study is to determine intravenous infusion of bone marrow-derived mononuclear cells is safe in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, specifically, pulmonary emphysema. The cell treatment was found safe.
