20D17 (RIKKEN BioResource Center)

This induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line was generated from embryonic fibroblasts by transduction of four factors: OCT3/4, SOX2, KLF4 and c-MYC. The cells express GFP under the NANOG promoter (Nanog-GFP-IRES-Puro resistance).


Cells are cultured on feeder cells (irradiated mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs)) in DMEM (high glucose, without sodium pyruvate) supplemented with FBS (15%), NEAA (0.1mM), 2-mercaptoethanol (0.1mM) and mouse LIF (1000U/ml).
