CD34+/CXCR4+ subpopulation of bone marrow-derived stem cells


Bone marrow cells were isolated using the Ficoll density gradient centrifugation technique. CD34+/ CXCR4+ cells were isolated, via two-step immunomagnetic selection using the MidiMACS System.
