Isolation of stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes by culturing in glucose depleted and lactate-enriched medium

This protocol describes differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) to cardiomyocytes, followed by their large-scale purification. The cardiomyocyte–like cells are purified using glucose-depleted and lactate-enriched culture conditions.
