Bone marrow-derived autologous CD34+cells (AMR-001) (Amorcyte)

CD34+ cells were derived from bone marrow of patients undergoing a mini–bone marrow harvest, 5 to 8 days after coronary stenting. CD34+ cells were selected using the anti-CD34 Mab and Dynabeads on the Isolex 300i system.


The final cell product was formulated in 6 mL of PBS, 4 mL (40%) autologous human serum containing 1% human serum albumin (α), and 25 USP U/mL of heparin sodium stored in a sterile 10-mL syringe. Selected CD34+ cells were aliquoted according to targeted doses.
