RNA sequencing analysis of brain tissue from Alzheimer's disease patients

RNA sequencing profiling comparing temporal lobe samples collected from both Alzheimer disease patients (n=6) and from healthy controls (n=6). Brain tissues samples were obtained from post-mortem human brains. 

In this experiment, gene expression profiles of the frontal lobe and the whole brain were also tested, but were not included in LifeMap analysis.
