Micoarray analysis of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis

Gene expression in synovial tissue  from healthy joints, osteoarthritic (OA) joints, and rheumatoid arthritic (RA) joints was compared by microarray analysis. Synovial membrane samples were obtained either from postmortem joints (control group) or from Caucasian RA/OA patients upon joint replacement/synovectomy.
