Microarray analysis of juxtaglomerular cells - adult

In this microarray experiment, single juxtaglomerular (JG) cells were isolated from ren1c-YFP transgenic mice and compared to adult renal cortex cells. RNA from all cells was amplified using an in-house amplification protocol (see manuscript for details). Raw data and experiment details were not deposited in a public repository.
