Large Scale Dataset: Human Protein Atlas - RNA Sequencing Data

The Human Protein Atlas (HPA) portal is an open-access database supplying protein and RNA expression data of postnatal human tissues and cell lines.

The RNA Sequencing data is available for 27 different postnatal normal human tissues and 44 different human cell lines. In LifeMap database, only data from normal tissues are presented. Additionally, only genes which are marked by HPA as high (levels of fragments per kilobase of exon per million fragments mapped (FPKM)  were above 50), are presented.
