Microarray analysis of skin biopsies from psoriasis patients

Microarray gene expression profiling of lesion skin biopsies from psoriasis patients. 
Skin biopsies obtained from patients diagnosed with plaque type psoriasis (n=12) and healthy age- and sex-matched controls (n=12), before and following irradiation treatment. 
In this microarray experiment only untreated skin samples were compared.
