Large Pre B-Cells (HBM)

Pre-B cells represent two stages in B-cell development: The first is the less mature large pre-B cells. These cells express a cell surface pre B cell receptor (pre-BCR) with membrane μ chains with surrogate light chains. These cells undergo several rounds of proliferation.
