Mononuclear Myocytes (HDMs)

Mononuclear myocytes are mononuclear post-mitotic, non-proliferative cells that organize into primary myotome, which is primitive skeletal muscle. The formation of mononuclear myocytes marks the initiation of the late stage of myotomal differentiation.
