Pectoralis muscle motor neurons are a subset of lateral motor column (LMC) neurons situated within the brachial LMC. This pool of motor neurons is located within a caudal (posterior) domain of the medial LMC. Pea3 and Isl1 expression are characteristic of Pectoralis muscle motor neurons.

Developed when specific muscle-nerve branches have formed.
