Dental Papilla Cells (DnPp)

During the transition from the cap to the bell stage, the condensed dental mesenchymal cells become enveloped by the epithelial dental placodae cells growing downwards. Once enclosed inside the epithelial envelope, the cells are called dental papilla cells.
