Embryonic stem cell-derived dopaminergic neurons for Parkinson's disease

Midbrain dopaminergic (DA) neurons are derived from human embryonic stem cells and were efficiently engrafted to three different animal models of Parkinson's disease. The cells survived in vivo and induced symptomatic relief.
