Bone marrow-derived mononuclear cells (TCA Cellular Therapy)

Mononuclear cells that are derived from the bone marrow and processed by gradient density separation.


Bone marrow aspirate is resuspended in Dulbecco's phosphate-buffered saline (D-PBS) and processed by gradient density separation (Histopaque-1077) to isolate the fraction of mononuclear cells (MNCs).
