This induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line was generated from human fibroblasts, by retroviral transduction of three transcription factors: OCT3/4, SOX2,and KLF4. 


Cells are cultured in primate embryonic stem cell culture medium, supplemented with  human basic FGF (4ng/ml).
