E14 is a male embryonic stem cell line derived from mouse strain 12910la
inner-cell masses, isolated by blastocyst trypsinization.


Cells are cultured in buffalo rat liver (BRL) cells-conditioned medium consisting of Glasgow modified Eagle's medium supplemented with nonessential amino acids (X1), sodium pyruvate (1mM ), fetal calf serum (5%), and newborn calf serum (5%).
