Reprogrammed mouse embryonic fibroblasts (Duke University)

A line of induced pluripotent stem cells generated from mouse embryonic fibroblasts by lentiviral transfection of the Oct4, Sox2, Klf4 and Myc genes.


Cells are cultured on a mouse embryonic fibroblast feeder layer in Dulbecco’s modified Eagle medium (DMEM) supplemented with fetal bovine serum (20%) and Leukemia inhibitory factor (1000 U/ml).
