Alzheimer's disease patients temporal lobe vs. healthy control temporal l lobe

Differential gene expression in the frontal lobe of Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients was calculated using the FPKM (Fragments Per Kilobase of exon per Million fragments mapped) ratio between AD patients and healthy control for every gene identified as expressed by Cufflinks. Top 30 highest and 30 lowest significantly expressed genes (P-Value<0.05 and passing false discovery rate threshold) are shown here.
