Anterior Entopeduncular Progenitor Cells (AEP)

The anterior entopeduncular (AEP) progenitor cells are neural progenitor cells within the AEP domain, which is located in the ventral part of the telencephalon. The AEP progenitor cells produce GABAergic and cholinergic cortical interneurons and early-born oligodendrocytes.
