Generation of hematopoietic and endothelial progenitor cells

This protocol describes a scalable 2D monolayer differentiation method for derivation of hematopoietic and endothelial cells. This method includes a sorting step using a Magnetic-Activating Cell Sorting (MACS) system. The derived endothelial cells form durable blood vessels in-vivo.
